This HEDIS measure is the percentage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) flare-ups for adults 40 years and older who had appropriate medication to control their symptoms.
BMI in children and adolescents:
The percentage of children and adolescents 3–17 years old who visited with a PCP or OB/GYN during the last year and recorded their BMI percentile.
Childhood immunizations - Hepatitis B:
The percentage of children two years old who had three hepatitis B (HepB) vaccines by their second birthday.
Follow up for children taking ADHD medication:
The percentage of children between 6 and 12 years old who were diagnosed with ADHD and had one follow-up visit with a practitioner with prescribing authority, within 30 days of their first prescription of ADHD medication.
Adult body mass index assessment:
The percentage of adults 18–74 years old who had visited their doctor and had their BMI recorded in the last two years.
Controlling high blood pressure:
The percentage of adults 18–85 years old with high blood pressure whose most recent blood pressure reading was controlled.
Diabetes care - Retinal Eye Exams:
The percentage of adults 18–75 years old with diabetes (type 1 and type 2) who had an eye exam (retinal) performed.
The percentage of newborns that received care 21 and 56 days after delivery.
