Radiology Precertification Program
Providers ordering outpatient MRA, MRI, CT Scan, PET Scan and/or nuclear cardiology services for Geisinger Health Plan commercial and Gold Classic & Select members are required to request precertification through the Health Plan's contracted vendor, National Imaging Associates, Inc. (NIA).
Precertification can be generated electronically or by telephone.
