Overview of Plans


A choice of HMO plan designs.

PPO plans offer benefit design flexibility and use of non-network providers. Plan with or without referral available.

For companies needing a self-funding option, we provide a host of services including a broad provider network with substantial discounts and outstanding customer service.

Mental health and substance abuse services for the above product lines are required to be coordinated through Optum Health Behavioral Solutions at (888) 839-7972.

LIFE Geisinger's mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive, team-based care to the frail elderly, in order to maximize independence and quality of life.

Our Medicare coverage is offered through Geisinger Gold Medicare Plans.

The Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) provides health insurance for children in Pennsylvania. It offers free or low-cost health coverage for children up to the age of 19 who do not qualify for Medical Assistance.
