Geisinger Health Plan Gold is an an MA organization with a Medicare contract available to all Medicare beneficiaries residing in the following Pennsylvania counties:
Berks, Blair, Bradford, Cambria, Carbon, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wyoming and York.
Geisinger Health Plan Gold Rx is available to all counties in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
