Dudley Gerow

Chief Government Programs Officer

Dudley Gerow is the chief government programs officer for Geisinger Health Plan, Geisinger Indemnity Insurance Company, and Geisinger Quality Options, Incorporated. He is responsible for Geisinger’s federal Medicare Advantage contracts as well as the state of Pennsylvania’s CHIP program.

Gerow joined the Health Plan in 2008. Working in health care since 1995, he most recently served as President of Managed Care at Metropolitan Jewish Health System in New York City. In addition, Gerow also served as the National Vice President of sales and marketing for Medicare at United HealthCare and Coventry Health Care. Prior to moving into the insurance industry, Gerow worked for 16 years at AT&T where he covered a wide spectrum of responsibilities including direct to consumer sales, selling to small businesses, product development and distribution, retail marketing, and AT&T's national call center for consumer products.
