Scott Dickison

Vice President, Finance

Scott Dickison is Vice President, Finance. He is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, expense benchmarking and management. He serves as liaison between Finance and all departments in Geisinger Health Plan. Dickison also works closely with strategic initiatives such as ProvenCare and Medical Home.

Before joining Geisinger Health Plan, Dickison served as Director, Finance Decision Support at Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield in Portland, Ore., where he was responsible for financial planning and decision support functions including strategic and capital planning, project/business valuation, forecasting and activity-based costing. Prior to Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, he held positions at Kaiser Permanente, Portland, and Health Management Corporation, Richmond, Va.

Dickison obtained his master's degree in finance and accounting from The College of William and Mary and his bachelor of science degree in agricultural and managerial economics from the University of California.
