Ephrata Community Hospital signs agreement with Geisinger Health Plan
DANVILLE, PA Ephrata Community Hospital has joined Geisinger Health Plan’s network of participating hospitals and providers. In addition, the Health Plan is contracting with many of the 250 physicians in the Northern Lancaster Physician Hospital Alliance.
The hospital agreement is effective for three years. The contract applies to all Geisinger Health Plan’s product lines.
“Ephrata Community Hospital provides patients with compassionate, efficient health care,” says Joe Haddock, GHP’s vice president of sales. “We are happy to offer Ephrata Community Hospital as a health care choice for our members.”

With the addition of the hospital to its network, Geisinger Health Plan now offers members all four hospitals in Lancaster County.
