Geisinger Health Plan
A choice of HMO plan designs, with the ability to balance benefits and rates to meet your needs. Our Solutions plan is a newer version of the standard HMO with lower premium because of cost-sharing for some services. Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) Direct offers all the advantages of our traditional plan, but does not require referrals to see providers. Our point-of-service (POS) plan offers the flexibility to use our large network of physicians, or seek care outside the network for a slightly higher out-of-pocket expense.
Geisinger Choice
Includes PPO plans with and without required referrals to see specialists. High deductible plans are offered. Employers can choose plans with or without Health Savings Accounts or Health Reimbursement Arrangements. The coverage is offered through Geisinger Quality Options, Inc., an affiliate of Geisinger Health Plan.
Third-Party Administration
For companies needing a self-funding option, we provide a host of services, including a broad provider network with substantial discounts and outstanding customer service.
