Electronic Data Interchange
1) Please review the EDI Fact Sheet for important information regarding electronic claim submissions, including the Health Plan's Payer ID Number (75273).
2) To begin electronic claim transactions with the Health Plan, please complete and submit the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Enrollment Form, either online or by mail or fax.

3) When the EDI Enrollment Form has been processed, you will receive e-mail notification to begin billing electronically, using your National Provider Identifier (NPI). Formatting specifications are outlined in the Health Plan Companion Guide.

The Health Plan strongly encourages its EDI enrollees to ensure that their claim submission software vendor/billing company has taken all necessary steps to confirm all required data elements are captured and populating in accordance with applicable Health Plan Companion Document.
